Simply fill out this form with all your details and we will send you a hire quote for your event if your booking date and time is available. Once you agreed to quote, you’ll need to pay a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • 4 hours unless negotiated otherwise. Our set up and pick up time is not included in your hiring time.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at Hire Wonderland. But we are happy to exchange if the item/s is/are available for hire the same date you require.

  • We allow pick up of our props only in Caroline Springs. Unfortunately we do not allow for our customers to pick up and set up soft play and/or inflatables. At hire wonderland we have had training on product placement and work safety. We want your equipment to look as best as it can as this reflects our work and we need it to be done in a safely manner.

  • Yes, the delivery fee depends on your location and what items you’ve hired. We will add a delivery fee to your invoice after you request your hire quote with where the event is located.

  • Yes! You will recieve $50.00 of the total if you hire a 3m by 3m castle or larger castle along with a soft play package.

  • Yes! At Hire Wonderland all our attendents have minumum Certificate 3 in Childrens Services. Please add in notes if you would like to have an attedent at your event. Minumum 4 hours
